I'm getting ready to launch this blog — a place for practical notes on running small and medium-sized businesses in Georgia, and on building Talorim Group along the way.

Starting in November, I'll publish two posts a month, around three themes:

- Talorim Journal — the story behind Talorim Group's milestones, from a founder's point of view.
- Case studies — real projects delivered through Talorim LLC: CRM, telephony, Microsoft 365 and online presence.
- Insights — short, practical lessons on systems, operations and administration for SMEs.

Want to follow along? Connect with me on LinkedIn or write to [contact@berianidze.com](mailto:contact@berianidze.com)— the first post is on its way.
